The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and responsible campus facilities coordinator/custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects the level of respect for the occupants, and so we must provide a clean, hygienic, welcoming facility for our scholars every day. It is important for a campus facilities coordinator/custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises, as well as preventing pest infestation and vandalism.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodial role focused on building upkeep and general maintenance. They will have the physical endurance necessary to cover a large space daily, a keen eye for detail, and the persistence needed to complete whatever task is at-hand. This is a part-time position with a schedule of 24 hours per week. The Custodian will primarily work from 10am-6pm Monday - Wednesday, but some flexibility in the schedule may be required.
